One Year Warrantee Inspections

Most builders provide a one-year warranty for new construction. During the first year of home ownership, the buyer generally develops a “punch list” of items for the builder to repair under the warranty coverage.

Some defects will not be obvious to the untrained eye so it is a good idea to hire Integrity Home Inspection to help you prepare a thorough list of items to submit to the builder while the home is under warranty and the repairs are the responsibility of the builder.
